Episode 37 - Scott Watson (Cancer)
It’s that weird wasteland between Christmas and New Year’s Eve, which is the perfect time to listen to a true crime podcast! Join us for our last podcast of 2021 and Sarah’s favorite number, 37!
Sarah takes us on a journey to New Zealand for a New Year’s Day (1998) mystery: the disappearance of Ben Smart and Olivia Hope. While the case appears solved, Ben and Oliver have never been found. Convicted of the murders, Scott Watson still maintains his innocence. This was a tough one for all of us; let us know what you think: Is Scott Watson the perpetrator? We also also come back to Boat Corner multiple times as we try to figure out what the difference is between a ketch and a sloop. Scott Watson is a Cancer but we didn’t really get into that much as he didn’t really feel like a Cancer to us.
For astrology, on 12/29 Mars in Sagittarius will be sextile with Saturn in Aquarius, which will be a good day to tackle a complex project or experiment on different ways to do things. Hannah said that she would write a script on the 29th (she didn’t).
This week we also celebrate our favorite Capricorn! Happy birthday, Hannah!
To all of our listeners, we wish you a Happy New Year! We look forward to bringing more astrology and murder to your life in 2022!
Food Pairing: It’s Hannah’s birthday this week and Hannah’s birthday tradition is to drink an Old Fashioned and eat a creme brulee.
